Exchange & Refund :
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that your swimsuit should not have been worn, used or washed. If we receive a swimsuit that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
How can I exchange my swimsuit?
If the size or the model of the swimsuit you have received does not fit as expected, do not worry! You can exchange it for a different size, model as well as color by following the below instructions.

If you prefer to have a refund instead of exchanging it, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Important thing to note about refunds:
The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount we refund. A fee will also be deducted for the free Standard delivery option. Verify which situation applies to your refund for the Standard delivery option:
Free Standard Shipping in United States: We will remove US$ 10 from the total on the invoice. The US$ 10 is to cover the amount that we’ve paid to send you the package in the first place as well as our administrative fee.
Paid Shipping (Express or Standard): If you have paid for the shipping, the amount paid for the initial shipping will NOT be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with the address where you will be sending your swimsuit.
- You have 30 days after you receive to send it back .
- It should not have been worn used or washed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
